Connection modes of steel-plastic pipes
1. Interception shall meet the following requirements:
1. Sawing machine should be used for pipe closure, and grinding wheel should not be used for cutting. When using a disc saw to cut, the rotational speed should not be greater than 800 r/min.
2. When the pipe is cut by hand, the saw face should be perpendicular to the axis of the pipe.
2. Sleeve shall meet the following requirements:
1. Automatic threading machine should be used for threading.
2. Lubricating oil should be used in the threading machine.
3. Conical pipe threads shall meet the requirements of GB/T7306 of the current national standard "Thread Sealed Tube Ribbons", and shall be inspected by standard thread gauges.
3. Cleaning and processing of pipe ends shall meet the following requirements:
1. Apply fine file to trim the edge of metal tube end.
2. Cotton reeling and brush should be used to remove oil, water and metal chips in pipe ends and threads.
3. Special cutter should be used for lining plastic pipe. The thickness of lining plastic layer should be 1/2 chamfered and the chamfered slope should be 100-150.
4. After cleaning and processing of pipe ends and threads, anti-corrosion and sealing should be carried out. It is advisable to use anti-rust sealant and PTFE raw material tape to wrap threads. At the same time, color pen should be used to mark the depth of screw-in on the pipe wall.
5. Malleable cast iron pipes without plastic lining shall not be used.
6. Before connecting the pipe to the fittings, check the rubber sealing ring or anaerobic sealant inside the plastic-lined malleable cast iron pipe. Then the fittings are twisted by hand with the end screw. After confirming that the fittings interface has been inserted into the plastic-lined steel pipe,
1. The following conditions shall be met before the installation of the pipeline:
1. Construction drawings and other technical documents are complete and technical submissions have been made.
2. Check the accessories such as pipes, fittings and valves needed for installation, as well as pipe support, fasteners, sealing rings, etc.
Qualification certificates, quality assurance certificates, specifications, models, varieties and quantities of products, and external inspection;
3. The construction site and construction water and power supply meet the requirements.
4. Construction equipment has arrived.
5. The equipment connected with the pipeline has been fixed or positioned in place.
2. Construction personnel should be trained technically, familiar with the performance of steel-plastic composite pipes and master basic operating skills.
3. The following construction tools shall be selected for steel-plastic composite pipes:
1. Metal saw should be used for cutting.
2. Automatic threading machine should be used for threading.
3. Special grooving machine should be used for grooving.
4. Cold bending of pipe bender should be adopted for pipe bending.
4. The construction procedure of steel-plastic composite pipes shall meet the following requirements
1. The indoor buried pipes should be installed before the construction of the bottom civil floor.
2. Installation of buried indoor pipelines should not be less than 500 mm outside the external wall, and the pipe mouth should be blocked in time.
3. Steel-plastic composite pipes shall not be buried in reinforced concrete structural layers.
4. Pipeline installation should be gradually connected from large caliber to small caliber.
